14UAttack blocks: Add get-off and block destruction so the front controls the line of scrimmage. Layer in the called blitz — one timed gap-shooter on the snap. Teach the coverage drops behind the front and read run vs. pass. Combine front, pressure, and coverage — and disguise it pre-snap.

How to teach it

  • 1Weak backers and end rush while the strong end drops to a hook zone in a three-deep three-under shell.
  • 2Five rush weak, six cover — the strong end becomes a coverage dropper.
  • 3The dropping strong end must gain depth to his hook, not rush.

Common mistakes to fix

  • !The strong end forgetting to drop and rushing; fix by drilling his coverage responsibility.
  • !The three-under leaving a hook hole; fix with clear zone-drop landmarks.
