Terms of Service

Effective date: July 25, 2026 · Last updated: July 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Seven Point Lead (the “Service”), operated by Roc City Mining Corp (an S corporation), 5997 Onyx Drive, Farmington, NY 14425 (“Seven Point Lead,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Seven Point Lead is

Seven Point Lead is a supplemental coaching and team-management tool for youth sports. It helps coaches and team staff build practice plans, run a playbook, track player development, and communicate with parents. It is not a system of record and does not replace your league’s sanctioned platforms: official registration, participant records, consent forms, and payments remain with your league’s designated platform, and background screening remains with your league’s designated vendor. The Service does not process payments and is not a substitute for your league’s official systems, rules, or governing body.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • The Service is for use by adults — coaches, team staff, and parents or legal guardians. Children do not create accounts and do not log in.
  • You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You may use the Service only if you are authorized by your team or league to do so, and only for the team(s) you are authorized to manage or participate in.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to harass, abuse, endanger, or harm any person, including any minor athlete;
  • communicate with minors in violation of U.S. Center for SafeSport standards or your league’s policies — the Service is designed so that adults do not have one-on-one electronic contact with minors, and you must not attempt to circumvent that design;
  • upload, enter, or share another person’s information without the authority or consent to do so;
  • attempt to access data, teams, or accounts you are not authorized to access, or probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service;
  • use the Service to violate any applicable law, league rule, or governing-body policy.

4. Coaching content is guidance, not professional advice

Practice plans, drills, contact-ramp guidance, heat/hydration prompts, and other coaching content — including AI-generated content — are provided as guidance to assist a qualified coach. They are not medical, safety, or professional advice and do not replace the judgment of coaches, athletic trainers, medical professionals, or your league’s rules. You are responsible for the safety of your athletes. Always follow your league’s and governing body’s official rules, applicable concussion and return-to-play laws, and the direction of qualified medical staff. Verify any safety-related guidance against the current official rulebook before acting on it.

5. Your content and data

  • You and your league retain ownership of the information you enter (rosters, plans, evaluations, messages, and similar content).
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • You represent that you have the authority and any necessary consent to provide the information you enter, including information about minor athletes provided by a parent or guardian or an authorized coach.
  • You may export or request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy and our Trust & Security page.

6. Privacy and children’s data

Our collection and use of information — and our COPPA-conscious approach to children’s data — are described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: children do not have accounts, are never messaged directly, and we collect only what is needed to run the team.

7. League and third-party platforms

The Service is designed to run alongside your league’s sanctioned systems. Your use of those systems (for example, a registration/payment platform or a background-screening vendor) is governed by their own terms, not ours. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we do not control your league’s policies or decisions.

8. Fees

Some features may be offered for a fee. Any fees, billing terms, and refund terms applicable to your team or organization will be described at the time of signup or in a separate written agreement. The Service itself does not process family registration payments — those remain with your league’s sanctioned platform.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; when we do, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and material changes will be communicated where practicable. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that coaching content will prevent injury; youth sports carry inherent risks that coaches, leagues, and families are responsible for managing.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Point Lead and Roc City Mining Corp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seven Point Lead and Roc City Mining Corp from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or league policy.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, the data-handling terms of the Privacy Policy continue to apply.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless a separate written agreement with your organization provides otherwise.
