Double A-Gap Blitz
Both inside linebackers blitz the A-gaps simultaneously for interior heat.
Concept: Mike and Will fire both A-gaps while safeties rotate to cover the middle and the ends contain the edges.

14U — Introduce: Line up right and own your gap — win with alignment, pad level, and pursuit to the ball. Add get-off and block destruction so the front controls the line of scrimmage. Layer in the called blitz — one timed gap-shooter on the snap. Add the line stunt/twist to beat the offense's blocking rules. Teach the coverage drops behind the front and read run vs. pass. Combine front, pressure, and coverage — and disguise it pre-snap.

How to teach it
- 1Both inside backers fire the A-gaps at once; the tackles slant to B-gaps to open both lanes — rep the four-man exchange.
- 2Safeties rotate to cover the middle since both backers are gone.
- 3Ends keep contain so the QB can't escape the interior heat.
Common mistakes to fix
- !Tackles don't clear the A-gaps and both backers get stuffed; fix by drilling the slant-to-B with the blitz.
- !Middle is wide open on a hot throw; fix by rotating a safety down to rob the middle.
