StuntBest for: Run down
Tackle Twist
Twists a tackle and end so the tackle crashes and the end loops.
Concept: Strong tackle penetrates the C-gap first, then the end loops behind to the B-gap.
Base alignment — schematic, not to scale

How to teach it
- 1The crasher goes first and hard, the looper is second and tight
- 2Stay disciplined so the twist does not open a run lane
- 3Keep the timing crisp so blockers cannot recover
Common mistakes to fix
- !Looper going too early and both rushers hitting the same spot; fix by drilling the pick-and-loop timing
- !Twisting on run downs and getting gashed; fix by using it mainly on passing downs
