Grows with your players
Same play, more layers as they age up — teach it once and build on it every season for a consistent program.
- 10UIntroduce: Nail the snap/exchange, aim the right hole, and finish downhill.
- 12UAdd motion: Add pre-snap motion to stress the defense's edge.
- 14UAdd deception: Add the fake/mesh — and a counter off the very same look. Run it fast both directions and check into it by defensive look.

How to teach it
- 1Playside end and tackle reach-block the edge to turn the corner fast.
- 2The wingback must be sprinting to the corner as he takes the quick pitch.
- 3Tailback delivers a soft, accurate pitch the wing can catch in stride.
Common mistakes to fix
- !Wingback slows to catch the pitch — fix by teaching him to catch it at full speed.
- !Edge blockers get beat outside — fix by teaching a flat, wide reach step.
