Spinner 27 Tailback Keep

Fullback fakes the spin handoffs then keeps the ball wide toward the tailback side.

Concept: Linemen pull toward the perimeter as the spinning fullback carries the ball around end after showing both fakes.

How to teach it

Common mistakes to fix

  • !Fullback keeps too early and skips the fakes — fix by drilling both fakes before the keep.
  • !Pullers are late to the corner — fix with a timed pull to the edge.
