Grows with your players
Same play, more layers as they age up — teach it once and build on it every season for a consistent program.

Every position's job

Kick out the end man to seal the off-tackle edge.
Lead-block or seal backside pursuit.
Down-block the first inside defender and combo to the linebacker.
Down-block inside to help seal the off-tackle seam.
Down-block or combo up to the linebacker.
Pull and lead through the off-tackle hole.
Snap to the fullback, then block back on the backside.
Hinge and cut off backside pursuit.
How to teach it
- 1Overloaded playside linemen down-block and combo to the linebackers.
- 2Wingback kicks out the end man to widen the off-tackle hole.
- 3Fullback aims for the outside hip of the tackle downhill.
Common mistakes to fix
- !Combos come off too early and miss the linebacker — fix by teaching them to stay until he declares.
- !Wingback lets the end cross his face — fix by teaching the inside-shoulder kickout.
